While not every item we sell is covered by a manufacturer or store warranty, we strive to provide protection where it matters most and clarity on what to expect. Please review the details below.
-General Warranty Coverage
Many new items sold through PGP Deals may be covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty. If applicable, warranty details will be included in the product description or original packaging.
For used items, unless otherwise stated, PGP Deals provides a 14-day functional guarantee to ensure the item works as intended at the time of delivery.
Warranty coverage applies only to defects in material or workmanship under normal use.
-Items Not Covered Under Warranty
To maintain fairness and protect product integrity, some categories are sold strictly as-is and carry no warranty coverage:
1) Stickers
2) Decals
3) Custom-printed items
4) Items with electronic components inside (Due to their sensitive nature, some electronics are sold AS-IS)
All sales are final; no warranties apply.
NOTE: If a warranty is provided, it will be clearly noted in the product listing.
Clearance, surplus, or final sale items: These items are excluded from any warranty protection unless stated otherwise.
-Warranty Duration
Manufacturer warranties (if applicable) may vary depending on the product and brand. Customers should retain all paperwork and packaging to claim coverage directly with the manufacturer.
PGP Deals’ in-house functional guarantee for eligible used items lasts 14 days from delivery. Claims made after this period are not eligible.
-Warranty Claim Process
1) Contact us through eBay Messages within the warranty period with your order details and description of the issue.
2) In some cases, photos or videos may be requested to verify the defect.
3) If approved, we will provide instructions for repair, replacement, or return of the item.
*Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or misuse may void coverage and a restocking fee can be applied.*
-Resolution Options
1) Repair: If feasible, we may repair the defective item and return it to you.
2) Replacement: If a replacement is available, we will ship it once the defective item is returned.
3)Refund: If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
NOTE: Refunds may be reduced if the product shows signs of damage, misuse, or tampering beyond the stated defect.
-Exclusions & Limitations
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or exposure to unsuitable environments is not covered.
Consumable parts (such as batteries, bulbs, adhesives, etc.) are not included under warranty unless specifically noted.
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser; it is not transferable.

-Customer Responsibilities
Retain proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) as it will be required for warranty claims.
