I bought this used second hand.  It seems to be very well kept.  The only flaws I find are a few tiny black specks on the monitor which don't seem to be dead pixels.  They seem to be minor scuffs on the surface which I have not tried wiping off with more force than gentle use of a cloth, and I did not use any cleaning solution.  The other flaw is that the top bevel seems to be slightly separating (see picture), but could probably be fixed to be unnoticeable with black tape.  Really not a bad monitor, I like it a lot, but it's my first 27 inch and I learned 27 inch is not what I prefer.  Manufactured in 2017 so more than likely has a lot of life left in it, I would guess at least 10 years.
