ICING SHEETS
Modified starches (E1422, E1412), maltodextrin, glycerol,
sugar, water, thickeners (E460i, E414, E415), dextrose, food colour (E171),
emulsifiers (E435, E471, E491), preservative (E202), acidity regulator: citric
acid (E330), artificial flavour.
No allergens present. Suitable for Vegans and
Vegetarians. Kosher and Halal suitable.
Storage:
Store flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
To Use:
Ensure icing sheets at room temperature prior to use. Leave
plastic backing on when printing. Feed into edible printer in the rear feed
tray with the plastic strip pointing down into the printer and the icing side
facing towards you. Ensure icing sheet is fully dry before handling and
cutting. Apply to cake or other edible surface using a small amount of water on
the back of the sheet, being careful not to wet the front of the printed icing
sheet.
If applying to cakes with a moist surface such as
buttercream, it is recommended to back your icing sheet with a thin layer of
fondant to ensure it lasts longer on the cake.

Black: water, humectant (E422), propylene
glycol (E1520), preservative (E202), food colors (E122-carmoisine, E133,
E102-tartrazine), acidity regulator(E330).
Yellow: water, humectant (E422), propylene
glycol (E1520), preservative (E202) food color: E102 (tartrazine),
acidity regulator(E330).
Magenta: water, humectant (E422), propylene
glycol (E1520), preservative (E202), food colours (E122-carmoisine,
E124-ponceau), acidity regulator(E330).
Cyan: water, humectant (E422), propylene glycol (E1520), preservative
(E202), food colors (E133, E124, E102- tartrazine), acidity regulator(E330)
