NOTICE: If your engine model number starts with "31," it indicates a 500cc displacement. Our replacement engine has a 540cc displacement, offering more power and performance.
Although our 540cc Briggs & Stratton engine is currently rated at 19 Gross HP, it was previously rated up to 21 Gross HP under older standards. Despite the new rating, it is fully capable of replacing your 500cc engine.
If you're comfortable with a slight change in horsepower whether more or less than your original engine feel free to proceed with your purchase.

VERY IMPORTANT: Engine(s) may or may not be filled with oil. PLEASE check your engine oil level and add oil as needed before using. Manufacture's Warranty will not be covered if your engine is damaged because of the lack of engine oil or because of your mishandling.
