Cedric Raymond Emanuel (1906–1995) was a New Zealand born Australian representational painter, illustrator and printmaker.[1][2][3][4] Speaking at the 1995 Retrospectives exhibition of Emanuel's works, New South Wales Governor Rear-Admiral Peter Sinclair pointed to the artist's speciality in drawing and painting "scenes of yesteryear, and of buildings and locations that are national heritage items".[5] He was an important Australian visual historian, "for almost seventy years" sketching and painting the "rapidly changing scenes of Australia from the outback to the inner suburbs of Sydney".

*Clock - The clock does work/tick - clock has always worked properly until the past 2 months - it continues the tick as it always has but now the time is not always correct, meaning it keeps proper time a few hours then the hands just stop. I take out the battery and reset the hands and it keeps time again for a few hours, then the hands stop again. It NEVER stops ticking. Possibly someone who actually knows about clocks knows a quick fix for this??!?!?!?
