All items in the cutlery set have been monogramed with the cursive letter R. All cutlery is stamped with the James Dixon & Sons initials and bugle logo.

Vintage James Dixon Large and heavy (15kg) 3 Layer Wooden Cutlery Canteen Box Chest 104 piece cutlery set. 

Age related wear to some pieces of cutlery including some pitting and wear to the plate on the majority of the table knives as shown in the photos.

Box is missing its key. 

The set is missing one of the table knives, one of the dessert knives and the steel. 

All items, including the box, are in an unpolished condition.

The box comprises of a top level and then two lower drawers. Brass hinges and fixings to the box plus brass inlay lines to the top and faces of the box.
