up for auction today is a Japan Mini-LP 1998 Japan issued CD of the 1969 album by Classic Rocks first supergroup/

power trio Cream titled 'Goodbye'. Cream were artifically created with Eric Clapton, Ginger Baker & Jack Bruce, 

and only lasted for about three years. mainly due to friction between Baker & Bruce, and Clapton wanting to get 

away from the constant touring and get into more rootsy territory. they made three studio albums, all excellent, but their rep came about due to their freewheelin' live shows, with extended improvisation. this is their last studio 

album, although really half-studio and half-live, like their prior effort 'Wheels Of Fire'. one studio track per principal player. a very good album (especially Badge), even though it was something of an afterthought (along with the

corresponding tour). this is a great buy for Clapton and 1960s Hard Rock/Blues fans. Polydor (Japan) PCP9115
