Immediate payment is required on all listings.

Shipping Terms

Free shipping on all orders.  Orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or on rare occasions, FedEx Home at our discretion.  Because we are highly automated, you may not specify a particular delivery service or method.  Also, your shipping address can't be changed after you place your order, and you may not have your order shipped to a third party. If you can't agree to this, please do not order or request an order cancellation. Orders are shipped only to the account address on file with eBay at time of purchase. Orders $250.00 and over require signature confirmation.

Sales Tax

Florida Sales Tax: Legal tender U.S. Coins and Currency are tax exempt in Florida.  However, Florida law requires sales tax to be collected on foreign coin or non-legal tender bullion sales of $500 or less. PLEASE NOTE: eBay controls sales tax and decides who pays and who does not pay. They are 100% in control of this, and we have no ability to add, subtract, or adjust sales tax. If you have a sales tax issue, you need to take that issue directly to eBay customer service.

Orders

eBay order changes are not permitted.  Also, we cannot discount any item after you buy it. Your only option is to request a cancellation.  Please recheck your order before submitting.

Cancellations

Once you have made a purchase, prices are locked (subject to exclusions below) and the order cannot be cancelled unless you submit a request through eBay for cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason and at any time. This may be due to a typographical error or other error in pricing or product information, technical issues caused by us or eBay, inventory discrepancies, clerical errors, or an order considered to be questionable or posing a risk to us in any way as determined by us.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return privilege (excluding bullion items which have no return option at all) and we must be notified within the 30-day period.? Seller is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in their original condition and removal from any holder voids any return privilege. At our discretion, we may reject any returned items that do not meet this requirement.

When will my order ship?

Shipments are typically processed within 1 business day. We are quick except when at the mercy of the post office! Estimated delivery times will vary. Shipping times provided by eBay are estimates. We have seen situations where delivery was supposed to take 3-4 days, and the post office delivered in 2-3 weeks. Please DO NOT RUSH to file a missing item with eBay, be patient because 99.9% of the time they eventually show up.

Has my item shipped yet? How do I track it?

You can track your item while in your eBay account. However, USPS often does not update as frequently as they should.

Do you forward packages or send to alternate addresses by request?

No. We do not forward any packages and can only ship to your registered eBay/PayPal address.

I've purchased by mistake; can I cancel my order?

Conditionally yes, but you must contact us immediately via eBay messages and request that your order be cancelled provided you have not paid. Once the order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. If you order by mistake repeatedly you will be blocked from making future purchases as it creates an administrative and costly situation for us.

How do I return my product?

Our return rate is less than 1/2 of 1%. We get virtually no returns for a reason. However, if you must return an item, contact us by eBay messages within the stated period. After getting approval for your return from eBay and from us you can send returns to:
