You are buying a new unused Hypex NC122MP 2x125W class D amplifier with integrated power supply.  Also included is a Hypex NCxxxMP Eval kit that includes an input board and all the cables required to run the amp.  You can either make your own case, or  purchase a case with all the parts (except for the NC122MP)  to build a finished 2 channel 125W per channel amp from Ghent Audio for $100-$140.  Ghent also has a 4 channel case for 2 NC122MP amplifiers.  Documentation is not included, but readily downloaded from the Hypex website.

I have 7 of these for sale, all purchased about 1 year ago (new old stock).  These were part of a studio monitor product definition that got changed and no longer needed. Price on the Hypex DIY website is $301 plus shipping from the Netherlands, and that is for the amp alone.  You can build a 125W stereo amp with these easily.
