This Poly Studio will be packaged professionally. Each component will be individually protected from damage with original packaging material or/and a foam bag, bubble bag, or bubblewrap. Components will not be allowed to shift inside the package. There will be a minimum of 2 inches protecting each component from the exterior of the box. This system will come with a 1 Year warranty, provided by GAVX, to replace components that fail. We have experienced technical staff available to assist you with installation support and user training if necessary.

We are a Poly/Polycom certified reseller for videoconferencing equipment currently being manufactured by Poly. We also sell Poly videoconference systems brand new.  GAVX No Remorse Upgrade Option:  If you purchase this system and decide that it works well but want a new model, you may trade the Poly/Polycom you purchase from us used, at full purchase value, toward a new Poly solution at any time within the first 90 days.

Poly Studio connects via USB to your PC for videoconferencing. It is both Teams and Zoom Certified. Built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity pair this system with computers and other devices for content sharing. You can use it as a Speakerphone from your cell using Bluetooth too. For videoconferencing, a 4K, 5X digital zoom camera with a 120° wide FOV captures everybody in the room regardless of how close they are or how spread apart. Automatic Speaker Tracking, Speaker Framing and Group Framing software insures that the right person or people are in the picture throughout the call. Presenter Mode can be used to track an active speaker who’s talking and moving. 12 foot microphone range from multiple internal mics is great for most applications but GAVX Inc. has extension microphones available to purchase if needed. Stereo speakers fill the room with sound. In small and medium-sized rooms, experience full boardroom-quality audio, advanced camera capabilities, and quick wireless content—all in one sleek video bar.
