Handmade knitted toy clown doll made on a knitting machine and finished by hand. This is a medium-to-large-sized doll that is able to sit up self-supported. Approx 53cm tall lying down and 33cm tall sitting up. He is wearing striped pyjamas in red, blue, yellow and white with pom-poms and a ruff. The doll has a white body under the pyjamas and his onesie is separate from the body, like proper clothes! You would have to cut the stitching to remove it though as it is sewn together at the back. The hat is not removable. This was made by my grandmother in the 90s. Never used or played with, it was kept in storage ready to sell at a charity coffee morning.
