As I've recently discovered, eBay has a toggle on Shipping charges which is OFF by default, wherein Buyers DO NOT get the discounted eBay Shipping Rate (therefore Seller pockets a large amount monies related to overcharges in Shipping costs). I brought it to eBay's attention but they'll do nothing since they get a percentage of that fee. I'm not that kind of Seller because I am also a frequent Buyer, and Shipping is the bane of our hobby.
