Looking for a project, or a cool-looking piece of audio history to use as decor?

This 1940s Silvertone 7056 tube radio and record player combo must have been amazing when it worked.

Today, it is silent, but could probably be restored to its former glory if you have the time and skill. Or it could be repurposed into something else!

From what I can tell, it is missing:
- Power cord
- Record player platter/belt and who knows what else
- Hinged wooden lid
- 3 knobs

I’m sure there’s other stuff inside the cabinet that is missing or needs to be replaced. But the cabinet itself is in decent shape.
