Please read the following carefully before purchasing. Please note that we do not accept returns for the following situations. We will confirm all details with you again before shipping. Once the bag was authenticated by eBay authentication center, we do not accept returns.
1. If the bag arrives at the authenticator, there may be white spots on the leather due to sealed packaging transportation. This is the fat of the leather and can be wiped off with a damp soft cloth.
2. Regarding beeswax, there are small cracks around the edges of the bag at the opening and closing position, it is normal. This may happen even if it is brand new and has just come out of the Hermès boutique.
3. Since hermes bag is handmade, please allow for irregular and imperfect stitching. For second-hand items, stitching fluffing occur due to friction during use, included shoulder strap.
4. We will try to pack it well for shipment, but please allow the hermes box has slight damage (wrinkles, indentations) during transportation.
5. For some togo leather bags, the material has veins, it is the nature of togo leather. Please check all pictures carefully before purchasing to make sure you are acceptable.
