The unit powers up, and can do measurements.* This is a modified version which has PROM-based SW rather than RAM/floppy combo. I noticed that sometimes (mainly in a cold wheather conditions) the instruments indicates "program verfication error" message at startup but it can be fixed whith a reset. Since it is a very complex and old unit, I can't guarrantee anything, so I expressively sell on AS-IS basis!
