All DVDs—whether sold individually or as part of a bundle—are carefully inspected prior to listing and shipment.

Discs are professionally cleaned when needed using a VenMill 3500 CD/DVD resurfacing system, an industry-standard machine designed to restore optical media and improve playback reliability.

Only discs with very light cosmetic marks qualify for an “Excellent” condition rating, which is clearly stated in the title when applicable. Any normal signs of prior use are purely cosmetic and do not affect functionality.

Each item is handled, cleaned, and packaged with care to ensure it arrives ready for use.

All DVDs are professionally inspected, cleaned, and graded before shipment.

To maintain consistent quality standards, returns must meet the following requirements:

Item must be returned in the same condition it was received

All original components must be included: case, disc(s), artwork insert, bonus discs, and any digital copy slips

Discs must not have new scratches, cracks, chips, or resurfacing damage

No writing, stickers, residue, or swapped cases

No disc‑only returns or missing artwork

Items damaged in transit due to poor packing may be subject to a partial refund per eBay policy

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued promptly.
