A high-end Japanese-made model featuring a striking spalted maple top.
The DST-Classic 22, a standard model from T's Guitars?a workshop in Nagano Prefecture that handcrafts high-quality electric guitars?has arrived.
It features an ash back and spalted maple top, paired with a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, and is equipped with 22 frets.
The slightly smaller, dinky-shaped body is lightweight and easy to handle, and with its slim C-shaped neck profile and 10-inch fingerboard radius, this model offers exceptional playability.
All pickups are original models: the DS-592 in the neck and middle positions, and the DH-560/B in the bridge position. The bridge pickup can be coil-tapped using the tone knobfs push/pull function.
With single-coil pickups that offer a flat response and cover a wide range from cutting to driven tones, and a high-gain humbucker dedicated to the bridge position that concentrates the essence of electric guitar sound and covers everything from bluesy tones to destructive drive sounds, this model is capable of handling a truly wide range of genres and styles.
There are signs of touch-up work on the body back where the finish has peeled, and numerous scratches and fine dents are scattered across the body.
While it shows some signs of use, it has been fully serviced and cleaned at our repair center, and playability is excellent.
The tremolo arm is missing.
