I will not be able to refund a portion of shipping after payment is completed since eBay still charges fees on the full transaction.

Items will be shipped via ebay's Global Shipping Program.  Shipping, Taxes, Tariffs, Import Duties, etc. are the responsibility of buyer. Items are declared as merchandise & declared for exact value.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 30 days with buyer paid return shipping. Item must be received in the same condition as sent. No partial refunds will be offered.
