Vintage 1980s Flo Kerr emerald green taffeta puff sleeves prom party formal dress. Size 9/10 Juniors. Excellent condition. The only thing wrong is the bow needs a stitch to hold it back into place on the back. I’m 5’4” and it hits me right above my ankles.
Measurements- length 50”, hips 15.5”, waist 13”, pit to pit 15”.
