We have an Ovention S2000 1 phase unit. Ventless operation. Please see the video below.  We haven't dealt with many of these ovens, we did our best to video basic operation. Table its sitting on is not included. Freight is standard LTL to a commercial address. Can ship to a residential address but would need to know prior to purchasing.
