Vintage Table Saw 3 Cutter Molding Head Pat. No. 1830813 US Machinist Tool

There's a bit of rust on the surface but everything appears to be in good working order. This is a decent size item. The total diameter is 4 and 1/8 inches. 7/8" thick. Actual item shown. Questions welcome.
