Wool lycra fabric.  Ruched cap sleeves.  Pink braided ribbon details.  Luminescent/mother of pearl buttons.  Lined.  

There is a light spot on the right lapel and a very faint light spot on the left lapel that's not noticeable.  There are moth holes on the right shoulder and in the left underarm, please see pictures.  Inside, there are some marks near the underarms.
