This laptop does not work. When you power it on, it immediately crashes. Lately, all you get is black screen and immediate shutdown. I tried for months to get it to start-up with no luck. Every once in a while, I would get it started and as soon as I try to do anything it immediately crashes (Kernel error code?)

Laptop is in really nice physical condition, was rarely used. I bought it in 2021 as a refurbished model.
