This was in a box of a lot of vintage paper items from an estate sale.  It's in great condition and the photos are not all the pages.  Of course all the coupons have expired but would be a wonderful addition to any collectors collection  of McDonald's items. I'm sure it came in a Happy Meal since the covers says for mom and dad to look inside.  Being sold as is.
