Great American publication (published by Charles Scribner's Sons of Fifth Avenue, New York) this super-rare publication gives an abridged history of the evolution and development of the Motown music industry from it's early beginnings in Detroit to what it is now (the book was published in 1985). Don Waller (the author) is an established Motown publicist and has managed to scribe his knowledge carefully here in this book.
