The Vintage 1948 Westinghouse H204A Tube AM/FM Radio is a collectible piece from the mid-century era of Bakelite radios. Made in the United States by the trusted brand Westinghouse, this radio is a nostalgic piece that combines classic design with functional technology. With its AM/FM capabilities and iconic tube design, this radio embodies the style and functionality of the 1930-49 era of radio technology, making it a sought-after item for collectors of vintage radios and mid-century memorabilia. The case is in remarkably crack free condition, and looks really very nice. The radio has antenna connections on the back, and benefits from a short antenna especially for FM. I have used an old set of TV type "rabbit ears" and the set works very well on FM. AM can benefit as well, but the built in loop antenna on the back works pretty well on its own.
