The distinctive “Sharkmouth” Typhoon of 245 Sqn, as flown by Canadian train-buster F/L “Moose” Mossip, S/L Tony Zweigkbergk, and others from at least November 1944, to the post VE Day changeover from 2^nd Tactical Air Force to British Air Forces of Occupation in the summer of 1945. The set provides for two 1945 variations of the aircraft’s overall scheme.

 

This is a revised version of our earlier set for this subject. We also plan to do a later separate Singles & Specials edition for the second 245 Sqn aircraft that was included in the original set.
