I purchased this delicately painted candy cane pin or pendant at a craft fair many years ago.  It has gold colored detail with tiny red and green flowers, It has a ring through a hole with a red ribbon attached. You would pin it with a pin at the ribbon or put it on a chain. It is signed by the artist "Turner" and there is a brief biography on the card back.
