Condition: Used condition. No original packaging. No instructions. The wheels can still be moved in and out of the model, the wheels can still be manually turned. The model stickers are starting to come away from the model at the edges. There is some surface wear, and some wear to the painted surface. From smoke-free and pet free premises.
