Our return policy

United states: 30-day returns accepted. Unless we determine, otherwise, the item must be returned to us before a refund is issued. Items of jewelry will have a tag placed on them prior to shipping. Those items listed as "new" and factory sealed at time of sale that have been opened prior to returning, for any reason other than being defective, or, if the jewelry tag has been detached from the piece of jewelry, a fee of 25% of the sale price will be removed from refunded amount once the returned item has been received and verified. Contact us for any return issues
