1/2" Straight Quarter-Turn Shut Off Valve Kit
Instructions:
Before installation, ensure the main valve for the gas line supply is in the closed position. Clear any grit, dirt, or foreign materials from the gas supply line. Use gas-rated Teflon tape to seal all joints. Attach the gas valve to the threaded gas supply pipe, ensuring it is in the CLOSED position. Conduct an air pressure test (2 PSI) to check for leaks, applying soap water to all joints to detect any signs of leakage. Once confirmed, turn on the main gas supply and retest for any gas leakage.
