How to Use the Shrink Wrap Bags:
Step 1. Put the product in the shrink wrap bag
Step 2. Seal and cut off the redundant part with the impulse heat sealer
Step 3. Heat the bag with a heat gun or a professional Tunnels Heat Shrink Packing Machine
Step 4. Until the shrink bag completely clings to the product
Tips:
1. If it is used for DIY package, the heat gun can not stay in the same area for too long. It is necessary to keep moving the heat gun to avoid excessive heat expansion.
2. Ordinary household hair dryers can't work because it can't heat up to the 210°F-338°F required for shrinkage !
3. During production, a small pinhole vents have been made on the bottom of the bag for easy and perfect shrinkage,and the holes won't be obvious after the heat sealing is completed.
Size suggestion:
The required length of the POF bag should be greater-or-equal (L+H+1.8) inch, and the required width should be (W+H+0.4) inch to (W+H+0.75) inch.
