Card Condition

Card condition is subjective so please use the condition in our listings as a guide and please inform your own decision by examining the pictures closely before purchasing. If you require any further images, to inform your purchase decision, we'd be happy to provide these via direct message. 

Returns

Unlike most shops, we do accept returns however, due to the risk of card swapping, we've had to enforce some strict conditions:

• A tamper proof security seal will be provided with your delivery - this must remain intact to be eligible for a return. You should therefore examine the card upon arrival and only break the seal once you are confident you would like to keep the card
• Returns postage will be paid by the buyer - we therefore strongly recommend you closely examine the card condition before purchasing and only use this returns process as a last resort
• By purchasing any of our products, you are agreeing to the above return conditions (if any of these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected due to potential card swapping)

Postage and Packaging 

All cards will be securely packaged and shipped with a combination of penny sleeves, toploaders, hard-backed envelopes and bubble wrap to ensure your purchase arrives in the same condition as the listing. For graded cards, these will also be sleeved and will again have a tamper proof security seal.

If you notice that your delivery has been damaged during transit please document this and send images/videos to us directly so we can resolve with the courier/eBay.

Finally, our packing and postage process is fully recorded for anti fraud and postage dispute purposes.
