American Sewing Scissors Corp Pinking Shears First Ever Made Nickel Plated Steel.  Condition is pre-owned and almost antique. Works great. They do have some discoloration to the metal.... Needs some TLC and oiling. VERY WELL MADE... these have stood time, and in fantastic working order.
