                                                                   One crystal was detached - and has been re-attached with Sticky Tack.
Caution The crystal/s on these figurines have a tendency to become loose/detached. Care needs to be taken when unpacking and handling the figurine.
If a crystal does detach from the pewter it can be “stuck back” using an epoxy resin, polyurethane or silicone glue. Alternatively “Sticky Tack” can
be used as this enables the crystal to be removed, replaced with another crystal, and/or more permanently reattached by one of the stronger glues. 
I have used “Sticky Tack” on a few of the figurines with very loose, or detached, crystals.

POSTAGE & PACKING 
UK (Domestic) will usually be: -

• Royal Mail “Standard 2^nd class” (Untracked, but with proof of posting) for low value letters
• Royal Mail “Tracked 48” for parcels up to 20kg (and higher value letters).
• Items may also be collected (Gosport, Hampshire) – for no postage & packing charge

International will usually be: -

·         Royal Mail “International Standard” (Untracked, but with proof of posting) for low value letters

·         Royal Mail “International Tracked” for “small parcels” up to 2kg (and higher value letters)

·         Royal Mail “Tracked 48” and then the “Global Shipping Programme” (GSP) for single items in larger, or heavier, parcels

Both Domestic and International

·         We may, at our discretion, require the consignment to be “signed for” on delivery and/or use an alternative service to Royal Mail.

·         All taxes, levies, surcharges, VAT, customs duty or import charges (and any customs or postal restrictions) are the buyers responsibility & liability.

·         No returns will be refunded unless pre-agreed. We must be contacted first and the return postage paid by you.
