A lovely and honest example of a late-1950s Longines Jamboree, powered by the respected Longines calibre 280 manual wind movement. Watches from this period represent the golden age of Longines design and finishing, combining elegant proportions with superb Swiss watchmaking.

The watch features a beautifully aged dial with a rich, warm patina that has developed evenly across the surface, giving it real vintage character. Applied hour markers, the classic Longines winged logo, and the “Jamboree” script above 6 o’clock create a simple but striking design typical of the era.

Inside is the Longines calibre 280, a high-quality 17 jewel manual wind movement known for its reliability and smooth winding. The movement is clean and correctly signed.

The stainless steel case presents well overall with some surface marks consistent with age and normal wear. The watch is fitted with an aftermarket crown.

It is c.34mm exc crown.
