Ts&Cs

We will call you approximately one week before we hope to deliver to you. We will offer you a delivery date and an approximate time. If you are not available for delivery when we are in your area, a second delivery date will be offered but this may go past the allocated 4 weeks. Your goods are fully insured during transit. UPSTAIRS IS AT THE DRIVERS DISCRETION. WE DO NOT ASSEMBLE FURNITURE (WHERE REQUIRED), SORRY. Alternatively you may wish to collect yourself or send your own courier. This is fine during opening hours, BUT we require 48 hours notice of collection.

SOME OF OUR ITEMS ARE FACTORY SECONDS, EX DISPLAY MODELS, CANCELLED ORDERS, DISCONTINUED LINES ETC. Because of this there may be blemishes on some of the goods, we do try our utmost to mention all/any marks in our listings, if indeed there are any to mention. However, all our goods are brand new. We sell major high street brands, directly to you at low prices. When we deliver to you, check the item before it comes off the van, if you are not happy with it we will bring a replacement down when we are next in your area or we will refund your money. REMEMBER If for any reason whatsoever you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will willingly refund the full purchase price. (The buyer is responsible for all collection/carriage costs and expenses). Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery and be in the same condition in which they left us.
