A super solid vintage Husqvarna Viking sewing machine in its original green enamel finish, dating from the 1950s. Absolutely beautiful! It also comes with its original accessories tin and a Greist Buttonholer.

This is a cast-iron mechanical model, built in Sweden to last a lifetime. It has been tested (using my limited expertise!) and shows the following:

✅ Motor runs smoothly when operated by the foot pedal

✅ Needle moves up and down freely when turned by hand

✅ Light works

❌ No drive belt fitted – will need a new belt to operate fully

Cosmetically, the machine is in good vintage condition with age-related marks and wear consistent with its use and age (see photos). Comes mounted on its original wooden base. The box is also showing signs of its age but does the job. As it has been in storage for a number of years it would benefit from a good clean!

This is a collectable and very desirable mid-century sewing machine, ideal for restoration, use, or display. Very heavy!
