Up for sale is a vintage 1950s–1960s layered foil butterfly Christmas tree decoration, typical of mid-century Japanese holiday décor.

This piece features four stacked embossed foil layers in red, gold, purple, and green with a wired center spine for attaching to a tree branch.

Condition shows honest vintage wear. There is a small tear on the upper red foil layer on one wing, along with normal creasing and edge bends consistent with age. The lower layers remain intact and the piece still displays beautifully. Please see close-up photos for full condition details.
