See pictures for condition. I research all items on my page before selling them and try to provide the best information / pictures possible. I DO NOT alter or clean items in any way once they're in my possession in order to keep the piece's history as-is. As with all of my listings, please do your own research to confirm my findings. I just like to buy and sell cool things, learn the history of pieces, and get said item to the right person for it to be displayed for years to come. If you have any questions or need additional photos please let me know.

Wow, a head turner of a piece! This is a MB-4 helmet shell, dated 1957, which was converted to a P-4 helmet at some point during its use with the military. The helmet is in AMAZING condition for age and appears to be all original. The oxygen mask contains an internal microphone.

The helmet has its original United States Air Force marking! The visor moves freely, the mask hooks up to the helmet, and the earphones move as originally intended. The chinstrap (Pull The Dot) was hard to get on. In an effort to preserve the piece's condition, I did not attempt to jam it on and risk the possibility of damage.

Helmet size is large.

Don't let this piece fly from your collection!

This item will ship fully insured (my cost, included with helmet/shipping price) via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
