This is Lego set 6765, complete except for one missing sticker (place where sticker has been is still visible on the wall. All pieces are complete and in good condition except for some yellowing due to the sun on some pieces. This effects some of the white, light grey and blue pieces, and the base board also show colour differences where the buildings have been (but this is covered by the buildings themselves once constructed) instructions are included with some wear but generally in good condition, and some cut outs from the original box are included (the front panel has holes punched in the top 2 corners).
