At TotalSeven, prompt delivery is essential for customer satisfaction. Our goal is to ship all orders placed on a working day before 12pm (Monday – Friday) on the same day. Orders received after 12pm on a Friday will be shipped on the next working day, excluding public holidays.
Unwanted Goods
If your goods are no longer wanted, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please ensure the goods are unopened are returned in their original packaging. The cost you will incur is the postage cost for the return of the item and the original postage cost for sending the item out. Please contact us for return instructions.
Wrong / Faulty / Damaged Goods
We aim to maintain high quality products, however if you do receive a product that is wrong, faulty or damaged please contact us for return instructions. Products will be replaced or refunded once received. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging.
