This item is an original vintage 1960s ceramic condiment jar with lid and spoon featuring a pirate captain character from the Disneyland Park Pirates of the Caribbean ride. 

Most of the yellow paint is gone from the lid and a little of the yellow is missing from the jar, as can be seen in the photos. There is also a small chip on the edges of the lids, but there appears to be some glaze on the chip, indicating that it was present while being made.
