Vintage Japanese Billiard Cue Set with Original Case – circa 1960s


Nice mid-century Japanese export billiard cue set, dating to approximately the early–mid 1960s. This is a complete matched set housed in its original fitted case, typical of post-war Japanese sporting goods made for the U.S. and European markets.

• Multiple wooden cues with black lacquered butt section

56” & 56 1/2”

• Brass threaded joints

• Amber/yellow phenolic or early plastic butt caps

• Original black case with green felt interior dividers

• Classic mid-century construction and proportions


Condition:

• All cues are structurally solid

• Cosmetic wear throughout: surface scratches, lacquer loss, and finish wear consistent with age and use

• No cracks or breaks observed

• Case shows wear , hinges are replacement? Llatches function properly
