My listings are set to "no returns" unless the item you receive is damaged/faulty or not as described.
Please contact me first, attaching photos of the faulty/damaged item and we can arrange a solution. If agreed, the item should then be returned, with original tags attached if applicable, using the Ebay resolution process.
I do not accept returns for items that do not fit/change of mind so please see photos of measurements and be sure you are happy before buying.
I try to give as much detail as I can and my feedback does reflect this.
