You are welcome to come and collect the tv if you want to safe on postage or if you want to see the tv working before making the purchase.

We always try to send the item ASAP this includes sending an item on the same day, excluding Thursdays and Fridays(MONITOR bought on Thursday or Friday will be dispatched on Monday). Monitors are usually packed in the double boxes to ensure they will arrive in one piece. It may happen tv won't be handled with care by the courier and it will get broken in the delivery process therefore we are asking our customers to check the monitor on the delivery day and report any damages immediately. Please be aware the damage reports send after 48 hours from the delivery won't be accepted.

Return policy

• We always try to describe our items as accurately as possible. We check our items before dispatching them to our customers. If for any reason you don't like the item received you are welcome to return it within 30 days from the purchase day in the same condition and same packaging. We will cover the postage in case the monitor will arrive damage or will be faulty. In other cases the buyer is responsible for sending the item back.
