This unit have been just freshly updated to the latest Viavi firmware , upgraded to an internal SSD drive and a full fresh calibration and verification done along with a fresh internal battery.
The 3902 is almost identical in features and capabilities to the 3920 since they both leverage the same hardware platform.
The 3902 comes standard with the full 2.71 Ghz range whereas this was optional on the 3920.(standard was only 1Ghz )
The 3920 could include an internal Digital Voltmeter but this was really only used on some of the mobile PA bias adjustment which is skipped if the Meter option not installed.
The 3920B model mostly added a lower noise generator ..the standard 3900 Series was very low already with typically less than 7Hz of residual FM.
