We generally post within 24 hours of payment.

We send our items well packed and always first or second class for the UK, and by Royal Mail Airmail for international orders.

eBay shipping times are an estimate for international purchases and can take longer especially when not tracked.

If you buy a substantial order we will send using tracked postage at our expense if postage charged does not cover this.

Our goods are sent royal mail unless they are heavy items that then go by courier.

Our aim is to only sell good value quality goods, but should you not be 100% happy, we offer a full refund, no questions asked for up to 60 days after purchase and for any reason, just return product to us.

If an item is faulty we will pay return costs for you.

If not happy with item, please give us the chance to try to address the problem before leaving feedback. We can normally resolve any situation.

Please include your details on a note in return with either your surname or username so we can find order.

We accept paypal and you can use all cards to pay by paypal to us.

Postage to the UK is free.

If you are outside the UK we can combine the postage. If you could not request an invoice before paying, then buy the items and then send us message after to refund the excess postage.

We will only charge at cost, not per item. If items are light they can often go for the cost of 1 shipping price. You do need to message us after purchase. More valuable orders need to be sent tracked.
