You are purchasing a Videotape Transfer Service. We Transfer Videotape Footage to .MP4 Video files stored on a USB Thumb Drive. Our turn around time is 10 business days. Our service is the best in the industry. We use the best technicians, equipment and software.


.MP4 Video Files:

.MP4 files are the most common, compatible and versatile form of video files to date. These files are both Microsoft Windows and Apple/Mac compatible. They are able to be played back on: desktop computers, laptop computers, televisions, smartphones, tablets, etc. .MP4 files can be uploaded to: YouTube, facebook, instagram, etc. .MP4 files can also be shared with friends and family via cloud storage, such as: Dropbox, Google Drive and others.


Service Rules:

We only serve customers located in the Continental United States. We do not serve Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico. We do not transfer copyrighted video footage

Our Service:

You will receive all of your original Videotapes back, along with a USB thumb drive. The USB thumb drive will contain all of your transferred footage. We create one .MP4 File for each tape sent. So (for example), if you send 5 tapes, the USB Thumb Drive will contain 5 .MP4 files. The package ship-back charge is FREE.

We Upscale the resolution of your Videotape to 1080p High Definition, But we keep your video in it's original 4x3 Aspect Ratio.

We will also preserve the original smoothness of your Home Videos. We accomplish this by capturing all of your video footage at 60 frames per second! Unlike our competitors, who only capture video at 30 frames per second! This one feature makes a HUGE difference that pops off the screen!

We will crop out any fuzzy or distorted edges of your video footage. Often times, the bottom (or sides) of the video frame will contain video noise. This can be very annoying and distracting during playback. Our technicians remove this noise.

We will edit out any blank parts of your videotape. Sometimes there are blank gaps on camcorder tapes. These gaps will be removed.


Ship Your Tapes To Our Transfer Facility:

You will need to ship your Videotapes to our transfer facility. This will allow us to get started on your project, right away. You are responsible for this shipping cost, which is not done through eBay. We recommend using: USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS to ship your package. These shippers will provide you with a Tracking Number.


How To Use Our Service:

1. First, change the item Quantity # to the amount of videotapes that you would like to send us and have transferred. For example, if you would like to have 5 tapes transferred then set the quantity number to 5. Then click "Buy it Now" and continue to payment.

2. There is a 10 Tape Limit, per order.

3. Place each Videotape into a zip-lock bag. Then carefully pack all tapes into a shipping box. Fill voids with bubble wrap.

4. Ship your Videotapes to the address below (you are responsible for this shipment and its cost).

5. ebay Message us you package's  Shipping Tracking Number, so we can track it.

6. Your Videotapes will be transferred and shipped back within 10 business days, after receiving your shipment.


VIDEOTAPE TRANSFER RULES:

1. If you send a videotape that contains copyrighted material (such as: TV show, Movie or Video Game Play), those portions of your videotape will not be transferred.

2. If you send a videotape that contains mold or mildew, it will not be transferred. These substances can build up on tapes that were stored in humid environments, such as basements and garages. These substances can damage our equipment.

3. If you send a videotape that has physically damage to the plastic shell, spools, gears, or tape ribbon, it will not be transferred.

4. If you send a videotape that contains any questionable or inappropriate footage, it will not be transferred.

5. If your Videotape footage was recorded with a camcorder or VCR purchased outside of North America: (United States, Canada & Mexico), then your footage was recorded in either the PAL or SECAM video standard, and we cannot accept your Videotapes.
