The Kawasaki Ninja 750. A bike that got lost in all the noise of 1987. What do I mean by this? Well if you were old enough to remember 1987 and how it related to the Japanese sport bike market, you will remember that exact time in history was all about the mighty Suzuki GSXR. In fact when the 'Gix hit the showrooms in 1986 here is the states, every other bike was suddenly obsolete. This is a shame for the 750 Ninja because it is a great bike. I remember reading a road test about this bike in Motorcyclist magazine. The staffers praised it and wrote what a nice bike it was. Smooth, fast, comfortable and nimble. Plus it just looked great. It was basically an improvement on the legendary 600 Ninja that was released in 1985 and was another ground breaking bike in its own right. But because of the Suzuki, these bikes were looked at as the old, not the new. It's too bad because the 750 Ninja, although being a great machine, just came along at the wrong time.
Which brings us to this bike. It's a survivor and it excellent shape. I have gone thru every thing on it. It needs nothing.
